The Fit To Her Core Method was inspired by my own experiences as a mom and those of my clients.

Pregnancy and childbirth are MAJOR events for our bodies, and their effects should not be ignored or taken lightly.

I had NO idea what to expect after the birth of my first baby, nor was I given any REAL recovery guidelines, recommendations, or a plan to help get back on track safely. That’s why I created this coaching program!

I wanted to eliminate the guesswork for you and create a one-on-one coaching program to help you flatten your tummy, strengthen your core, and regain your overall strength, fitness and ANYTIME as a mom. 

Every mom deserves this guidance and support AND a  body that feels and functions well!

My clients have been where you are right now.  They also spent hours flipping through YouTube videos, joining free challenge after free challenge, signing up for group fitness classes geared towards the general population only to end up feeling discouraged and overwhelmed by the lack of results and success.

Fit To Her Core  Training Schedule

We utilize PunchPass for our online session reservations. You may find the most updated schedule below. Advanced reservations are required for all sessions. Additional inquiries may be answered by emailing [email protected] or by calling the studio at 305-975-1136.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel a session two hours prior without sufficient attendance (minimum two).

What’s the commitment look like for this program? 

This is an all-inclusive, high vibe, high access, semi-private coaching program with me that was created for BUSY MOMS like us who are wanting to put the focus back on ourselves while raising a family!

We will address several KEY areas in your life like your fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care habits that are keeping you from feeling your best and prioritizing you! 

I do want you to realize though that this program DOES require a commitment on your part. You have to be ready, wanting, and willing to make a change for yourself and finally make this happen for you. gets busy when raising a family, but you have to realize that if you finally want to feel your best as a mom then you have to commit to making yourself a priority!


Will the workouts be safe for pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, or if I am healing an abdominal separation?

Absolutely! As I mentioned above, I specialize in core and pelvic floor health and have worked with many moms who are dealing with these exact same issues! There will be options available in the workouts that take into account these core and pelvic floor issues, 

Of course, prolapse is so individual so you should check with your physical therapist to ensure they’re safe for your specific grade and situation.

Can beginners do this program?

Absolutely! This is a fully customized program for you. I meet you right where you are at right now in your life!

Will I be required to count calories, track macros, or follow a rigid meal plan?

Not at all! A big part of this program is teaching you food freedom and learning how to be more mindful of your food choices. We will talk about how to structure your meals and snacks, so that you're eating a more balanced diet, getting in quality foods, and refueling your body the right way. We'll also cover portion sizes and serving sizes that don't require calorie counting, points or macro tracking or trying to fit into a rigid and boring meal plan. I want you to be able to eat healthily and also feel NO guilt for enjoying the occasional treat summertime treat as well!

What if I have to cancel my session or need to put my membership on hold?

Not a problem. I simply ask that you log on to your account and cancel at least 1 hour before your scheduled session to prevent from that session being charged.

You can also place your membership on hold inside your client account.
