Each 60-minute class includes:

Yes! You’re welcome to bring more than one child to the class, as long as they can stay seated safely in the stroller or are comfortable being nearby while you work out.

5. What should I bring to class?

Be sure to bring:

  • A sturdy stroller

  • Water for yourself and snacks or toys for your baby if needed
  • A towel for any post-workout stretching or comfort
  • A yoga mat for floor exercises

8. How soon after giving birth can I join?

We recommend waiting until you’ve had your 6-week postpartum check-up and have received clearance from your healthcare provider. It’s important to ensure your body is ready for physical activity, especially if you’ve had a C-section or any complications.

9. What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions make it unsafe or uncomfortable to be outside, we’ll notify you of any cancellations or rescheduled classes. We aim to offer alternative class options or makeup sessions whenever possible.
