Fit To Her Core: Postpartum Recovery

Did you get the green light to exercise, but don’t know where to start? Let Fit To Her Core help you get on the road to recovery to regain confidence in what your post-baby body can do—all with your little one by your side!

This mom and baby class meets twice a week for 6 weeks and offers the opportunity to develop relationships with other new moms and their babies.

Since the class is designed to work with your recovering body targeting issues such as abdominal wall separation, weak pelvic floor, cesarean section – the exercises get progressively more intense.

By the end of the six weeks, you’ll feel stronger and more confident about what your post-baby body can do. With a limit of no more than 6 moms and babies, these intimate small group workouts provide you with:

  • The satisfaction of safely kick-starting a regular exercise program
  • Improved energy, strength and self-esteem
  • More confidence about what your post-baby body can do
  • Motivation to continue to exercise after the course is complete
  • Reduced lower back discomfort
  • Greater sexual satisfaction

Exercise after pregnancy also helps to combat postnatal depression and allows you to share stories, ideas and experiences with other new moms.

Registration includes weekly workout sheets with exercises to practice at home, weekly handouts filled with educational material about woman’s health and restoring your body’s function after baby, community of support from other new moms and the benefit of working with a personal trainer with over 16 years of experience with prenatal and postnatal women.

Prorated session may be available if session is not at capacity and the second week of classes has not yet passed. Please consider registering for the next session if your schedule permits.

Advanced registration is required and space is limited to the first 6 women.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule class without sufficient attendance.

Refund Policy

If you need to withdraw your registration BEFORE the session begins, Fit To Her Core will happily refund your registration minus a $40 processing fee.

Fit To Her Core will offer a prorated credit card refund for the session once the session begins, but only before the third class. There will be a $40 processing fee for prorated refund.

If you request a registration withdrawal after the third class and before the sixth class, we will offer a prorated Fit To Her Core class credit to use toward other Fit To Her Core programs.
