Fit To Her Core: Fit & Fab small group training
Fit To Her Core: Fit & Fab is our small group training program for women ready to get strong. We guide you through basic movements in order to cater the program to your needs and goals. Classes are limited to 6 participants to ensure personalization, individual coaching, and maximum effectiveness.
You will push, pull, squat, and hinge your way to a healthy body composition and a high level of fitness. Quality and continuity are our standards in the Fit To Her Core: Fit & Fab program; we meet you where you’re at now, and help you reach the next level. From muscle gain to cardiovascular fitness – you name your goal and we will get you there!

fit to her core: fit & fab training session Policies
Fit To Her Core: Fit & Fab is personal training in a small group setting. Participate as frequently as you like on the days that fit your schedule. Designated training time must be reserved on Fit To Her Core's Registration & Scheduling web. Space is limited; each session will have a minimum of two women and no more than 6.
We reserve the right to cancel a session two hours prior without sufficient attendance (minimum two). Participants must be at least 12 weeks postpartum. This format is for moms only.
How do I get started with Fit To Her Core: Fit & Fab Small Group training?
- Go to Fit To Her Core's Registration & Scheduling website and reserve space in a ‘test drive’ training session for just $25.
- Prefer to talk with the Coach first? Call or email Victoria and she can give you guidance on how to proceed.
- Waiver and health history can be emailed to you to fill out prior to class, or bring it with you to your first paid training session.
